How do I change my address?
There are four easy ways to change your address.

1. If you have online banking, just log in, click on secure forms, and click on Change of Address. Complete the form and click submit.
2. Complete the Change of Address form. Sign and mail it or drop it off at one of the branches.
3. Mail a letter informing the bank of your new address with your new phone number and email address. Please sign the letter.
4. Stop by and speak with a personal banker.
Please remember we are required to have your residential address on file, even if your mailing address if different.

If I have legally changed my name, how do I change it with MutualOne?
If your name has changed, you will need to stop by one of our branches with your new identification and the original legal documents to show your name change.
