How can I order checks?
If you are reordering your checks without making any changes, then you can:
• Mail in or drop off the reorder slip from your checkbook.
• You may also speak with a personal banker.
Please be sure to let us know if there are any name or address changes before you reorder your checks. If you have online banking, you may log in and place your order by clicking on Secure Forms, and then Order Checks.
*Please note that standard checks are delivered in a secure, trackable, and tamper-evident package for a discounted fee. Regular pricing applies to all other orders.

How do I place a stop payment on a check?
There are three easy ways to place a stop payment on a check:
1. If you have online banking, log on and click on the Additional Services tab, then select Stop Payment.
2. Call our automated telephone banking system at 1-888-415-9901.
3. Speak to one of our personal bankers.
Please note a stop payment fee of $20 applies, and a signature is required for all telephone stop payments. The stop payment is valid for six months.

What is the minimum age required to open a checking account at MutualOne?
You must be 18 years or older to apply for a checking account.
If a parent or guardian is a joint owner on the account, a minor who is 16 or 17 years old may apply for an account.

What information is necessary to set-up Direct Deposit?
You will need to provide your account number, the bank's routing number (211371816), the type of account (checking or savings), and the bank's name and address:
