USA Patriot Act

Customer Identification Program

The USA Patriot Act is a federal law instituted to help the government protect our country from terrorist attacks and money laundering. As of October 1, 2003 it requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identities a person seeking to open any account including deposits, loans, investments, and safe deposit boxes.

When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to verify your identity. We will also ask to see your driver’s license (or other government issued picture ID) and other identifying documents.

At Natick Federal Savings we treat your confidential information with the utmost of care because earning and maintaining your trust is a priority. Please be assured that your account information will be given the highest level of confidentiality and access to non-public information is limited to employees who need to know specific information to provide products and services to you.

Please note: A representative form Natick Federal Savings will not call or send an e-mail to you to request account numbers, account balances, personal identification numbers or other confidential information. Please contact us immediately at 508-653-2340 if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your cooperation.
